STD & LTD Short and Long Term Disability coverage is offered through Jefferson Pilot Insurance Co. is to provide income protection when an employee cannot work due to accident or illness. It pays up to 60% from the 8th day of illness, 1 st day of hospitalization. Payments are based on employee income and reduced based on Employee compensation and SDI payments.
